Soriano, as a family-owned enterprise engaged in the trading and supply of agricultural equipment and related products. From its earliest years, the company focused on delivering dependable products and responsive customer service, gradually earning the trust of agricultural producers and industrial clients throughout Mindanao.

    In 2008, AMS strategically diversified into the energy sector through the importation, trading, and bulk supply of Indonesian steam coal. By establishing direct relationships with reputable mining companies in Kalimantan, Indonesia, the company secured a reliable supply of high-quality, low-sulfur, low-ash coal suitable for various industrial applications. This expansion strengthened AMS's expertise in international procurement, logistics, warehousing, cargo handling, inventory management, and contract administration.

    Since 2009, AMS has maintained a long-standing business relationship with Del Monte Philippines, Inc., serving as one of its trusted bulk coal suppliers. Over the years, the company has also supplied coal and industrial fuel requirements to numerous companies throughout the Visayas and Mindanao engaged in the food processing, beverage, animal feeds, packaging, and manufacturing industries. Its clientele has included Del Monte Philippines, Inc., URC Corporation, Virginia Foods, Inc., Asia Brewery, Inc., Interbev Industries, Silver Swan Manufacturing Company, UniFeeds, CoreBox Mandaue, CityFoods, Inc., Sprint Industrial Corporation, and other industrial and commercial enterprises.
